
Selected old vineyards in Pedrosa de Duero located 850 m above sea level and planted on very poor soils, ideal for growing grape vines. Carefully prepared, it undergoes alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 28 ºC and maceration for 14 more days. Aged for at least 18 months in French oak barrels
