Fermentation for 8 to 10 days in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 20-25º. Aged for 9 months in selected French oak barrels. It stands out for its deep purple color. Aromas of black fruits, spices and liquorice. In the mouth it is round, well structured, with a long and tasty finish.
