- WINEMAKING: selection of the best old vines, belonging to four or five vineyards over 50 years old. Maceration in stainless steel tanks for 8 to 10 days, the tanks are kept at a controlled temperature of 25 to 28 degrees. Aged for 8 months in French oak and 3 months in bottle.
- SERVING TEMPERATURE: between 14º and 16ºC.
- TASTING NOTES: its garnet red color of intense robe stands out. Balanced aromas of fruit, spices and balsamic. Ample in the mouth with very good structure and intensity.
